Located in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), KIGO is a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant in Dubai, offering an authentic seasonal Japanese dining experience that brings together the disciplines of Kaiseki and Edomae Sushi in a single, unified journey.
Each dish, guided by nature and crafted by hand, celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients, Japanese culinary tradition and meticulous craftsmanship. Awarded One MICHELIN Star, KIGO offers a refined expression of Japanese Kaiseki and Sushi, where every menu marks a fleeting moment in time, unique, seasonal and never to be repeated.
Led by Head Chef Akinori “Aki” Tanigawa and Chef Daihachiro Ebata, each course celebrates Japanese seasonality through carefully sourced ingredients from Japan, showcasing the craftsmanship of Kaiseki and Sushi Omakase, complemented by seasonal sake, artisanal teas, and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
