Each dish, guided by nature and crafted by hand, becomes a fleeting expression of time, unique, seasonal, and never to be repeated.
Led by Chef Akinori Tanigawa and Sushi Head Chef Daihachiro Ebata, each course celebrates Japanese seasonality through carefully sourced ingredients from Japan, complemented by seasonal sake, artisanal teas, and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
